Scout Sunday is an annual celebration that honors the connection between Scouting and faith. Observed by Scouting America units and their affiliated religious organizations, it typically falls on the Sunday preceding February 8, the anniversary of Scouting in the U.S. On this day, Scouts participate in worship services, assist with church activities, and reaffirm their commitment to the 12th point of the Scout Law: "A Scout is Reverent." The event highlights the role of faith in fostering character development, leadership, and service among Scouts.
